We want you to love your PlugLove gear. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
Free returns for order issues (14 days)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at plugloveclothing@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free return label and either ship a replacement or refund you to your original payment method.
No returns or exchanges for sizing
We don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size details on each product page before you order. All sales outside of order issues are final.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
